Directions to The Mendip Stud: Leave the M5 at Junction 22 and proceed towards Bristol on the A38.
You will cross back over the motorway and pass through the villages of Rooksbridge, Tarnock and Biddisham.
About 4.5 miles after leaving the M5 you should see our stone wall sign on the left hand side for
The Mendip Stud in plenty of time. If you reach a village called Lower Weare then you have gone too far!

BR Classes are all jackpotted and payback 50% of entry fee. NRHA Classes Payback added money plus 50% Entry Fee

Please assist the smooth running of the show by ensuring that copies of relevant registration documents and exhibitor's member cards are given to the Secretary in advance of the Show. Please send a clear copy of the front and reverse of your AQHA Card. You are requested to enter a minimum of one class in advance and send all required paperwork with that entry. Please ensure that you have your AQHA/NRHA Membership cards and your horses vaccination records/passport with you at the Show.

Novice Youth/Novice Amateur competitors may compete on horses owned by another party outside their immediate family, please ensure that you have your permits from AQHA or arrange to apply for them at the Show.

All parents/guardians of youth competitors will need to sign a form to consent to photographs/videos to be taken. This must he signed and sent to the Secretary before commencement of the Show. Please contact the secretary for a form if applicable.

Stabling is available at £70.00 for the duration of the show, if booked by June 27, thereafter, and subject to availability £80.00. No stabling will be allocated without payment. There will be one bale of shavings provided free of charge if more is required these will be available at available for purchase at £5.00 per bale or you are welcome to bring your own. No stabling fees will be refunded unless the stable can be re-let. Any fees refunded will have 20% deducted for administration costs. Any fees not settled by the end of the show will be subject to a 10% surcharge. Please note that your stable must be mucked out on departure leaving only clean bedding, all stables will be checked on departure and anyone who has left their stable dirty will be invoiced a muck out charge of £15. The show secretary will be responsible for a post show inspection.
