2007 West Coast Circuit Premiere Show

Held on the 8th, 9th & 10th of June, the inaugural West Coast Circuit show has been widely hailed as a resounding success. Over 70 horses competed in a full range of AQHA, NRHA and BR classes cheered on by a large number of spectators.

With the exception of a brief downpour during the very last class the weather was almost tropical and was the perfect backdrop for the outstanding John Greaves and his reggae themed live band during the Saturday night BBQ. This well attended event saw an empty lorry park whilst their owners joined many guests to enjoy a feast of chicken, salmon, langoustines, haloumi kebabs and wide selection of salads followed by desserts including a chocolate fountain. The fully licensed bar was well used by thirsty guests, parched after a long day in the glorious weather.

Some of the comments following the show include:

"I'm sure your inbox will be bursting at the seams with messages of congratulation after such a brilliant show. It was wonderful to have such a major QH event happening in Somerset, and you and your fab crew were super-efficient. Long may it continue!"

"Just wanted to let you know how great we thought the show was!!!!!! The stabling area was well thought out with the water and muck removal being so handy for all and what a bonus to have portaloos there too ! I am sure that a lot of nervous competitors will be very grateful to you for that. The attention to detail was very much apparent and may I say one of your trade-marks, talking of trade marks the logo for the show was great and the goody bags were a lovely surprise and will be well used by me for one! Everywhere was well sign-posted so the essential food/drink barn was easy to locate for those that needed that extra-boost?! Lisa and your crew were exceptional, they were always busy but always ready to lend a hand if needed, they are a credit to you and themselves. The BBQ on Saturday was fantastic the food was brilliant (what a lovely selection, especially the desserts, thanks Lou !!!!! ) The whole show was just a pleasure to be a part of and we wish you the very best for the next one ( hopefully this show has not got you running for the hills?.....Yet??!!!!) Once again thank you both for all the hard work that you have obviously put into the show we really do appreciate it."

Thank you to all those who took the time to let us know their thoughts on the show.
